These special days are packed with fun, excitement, and meaningful activities for our residents. From the Veterans Day parade to a car show, delicious food, and live entertainment, volunteers help ensure every moment is enjoyable. During Veterans Week, residents also participate in the Veterans Olympics, a friendly competition filled with games, challenges, and even take part in relaxing outings like fishing trips.
What will you be doing?
- Assisting with event setup and breakdown
- Serving food and refreshments to residents and guests
- Helping residents navigate activities like the parade, Veterans Olympics, car show, and fishing trips
- Supporting staff with event logistics and coordination
- Bringing energy, smiles, and encouragement to make every event special
