The Players Trust team is looking for energetic volunteers to make their Playmakers Classic event a success. Volunteer roles include:
PLAYER & GUEST CHECK IN:
• Organize the Check In Table prior to the event • Check guests in as they arrive
• Provide information about the event as needed • Answer questions regarding silent auction,
ensure guests are signed up
STEP AND REPEAT SUPPORT
• Help with moving people along; crowd control
SILENT AUCTION
• Provide supporters needed withs sign ups, technical support
and ensuring the area is well staffed for any questions
RAFFLE/CASINO
• Collect chips from guests and hand out raffle tickets • Ensure area is organized; raffle items are set up
• Provide support and information as needed
VIRTUAL GOLF
• Support the staff on execution of experience • Help manage and hand out prizes
TRANSPORTATION
• Guide Players on travel between the Aria and
Mandalay Bay and back
The Playmakers Classic experience will feature a star-studded lineup of professional athletes, celebrity entertainers, influential philanthropists and business leaders. This modern, intimate, and interactive event brings together 300 “Playmakers” including 75 professional baseball players for a night to remember- all while supporting the youth development, disaster relief, and other programs inspired by our MLB Players. The immersive experiential event will have a “club lounge” feel, and feature 3 hours of nonstop entertainment, friendly competition, high-power networking, and an overall experience unlike any other charitable event in the country.
