GYSA is hosting their spring track meet for all of our elementary spring track participants. Students will take part in events like the 100m dash, 200m dash, 400m dash as well as 4x1 relays. These students have been training for the past several weeks and are excited to show off their progress in this end of the season event.
Volunteers will be helping the students move through their events with ease and will be participating in activities such as managing start line timers, etc. The event takes place 100% outdoors, so volunteers should dress accordingly. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes, hats and sunscreen, and be sure to stay hydrated. The event set-up starts at 9am with check-in beginning at 9:30am and events starting at 10:30am. Events will continue through the day and end at 3pm. Volunteers are welcome to volunteer for the entire day or can also choose to volunteer for a shorter shift.
