| Set up | 1-5pm | Set up silent auction, setting up activations & packing guests gifts |
| Wayfinders | 5:30-7:30pm | Provide directional help for guests arriving from different entrances throughout venue |
| Activations | 5:30-7:30pm | Help with payment processing and explaining activations |
| Floaters | 5:30-7:30pm | Help encourage guests to check out all activations and answer any questions |
| Live Auction | 7:30pm-10pm | Help identify bidders at various tables to track winner |
| Cash Call | 7:30pm-10pm | Help identify donors at various table so we can track cash call total |
| Check Out/Strike Crew | 9pm-11pm | Help guests pick up silent auction items, live auction package descriptions and get event gift; Pack any items that belong to SJRC for load out |
