Volunteer Roles
- Guest Check-In Support: Assist staff greeting guests, directing them to alphabetical/company check-in sheets.
- Parking & Arrival Ambassador: Help direct sponsor vehicles to reserved parking, welcome arriving guests.
- Reception-to-Floor Guide: Direct guests from the Concourse reception area down to the Arena floor for dinner.
- Swag & Favor Distribution: Hand out event swag/favors to guests as they arrive or transition to dinner.
- Table Concierge: Help guests locate their assigned seating on the Arena floor.
