programs for youth. Our basketball-attributed technology access program, in Las Vegas, NV, represents our unwavering dedication to serving as a catalyst for social change.
Job Summary
As a Graffiti Artist for Dunk4Dreams, you will design and
create impactful, urban-inspired artwork that visually
represents the spirit, mission, and energy of our youth
programs. Your artwork will be used in murals, event
activations, branded spaces, and content to strengthen our
visual identity and inspire the community. Ultimately, your
creative expression will serve as a visual symbol of hope,
culture, and empowerment.
Responsibilities
• Conceptualize and produce graffiti and street-style
artwork for murals, community spaces, and digital
content
• Collaborate with youth and team members to host
graffiti workshops or live art sessions
-Translate Dunk4Dreams' values and mission into bold,
empowering visual designs
- Lead efforts to develop and maintain a strong street-art-
based visual identity
• Support marketing and content teams by contributing
artwork for promotional campaigns
- Uphold legal and community standards for all public
artwork
- Maintain and organize art supplies, surfaces, and project
spaces
- Document and share artwork for social media, print, and
web content
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a graffiti or mural artist
(portfolio required)
- Strong skills in spray paint, stenciling, freehand, and
large-scale visual storytelling
- Ability to design impactful artwork that reflects
community, youth, and empowerment themes
- Comfort working independently or in collaborative,
community-driven environments
- Respect for public art spaces and legal/artistic
boundaries
- Strong sense of color, composition, and urban design
- Experience working with youth or participating in
community art projects 1s a plus
- Passion for using art as a tool for inspiration, education,
and social
