We are seeking a passionate Volunteer as a Director of Volunteer Management to oversee all aspects of our volunteers. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding, training, and supporting our volunteers, ensuring they are well-equipped to contribute to our mission effectively. Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive volunteer management strategies to align with our organizational goals.Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, training, and support of all volunteers.Monitor and evaluate volunteer activities and performance.Foster volunteer engagement, satisfaction, and retention through regular communication and recognition initiatives.Collaborate with various departments to understand their volunteer needs and ensure appropriate volunteer placement.Ensure compliance with all legal and organizational policies relating to volunteer participation.Act as the main point of contact for volunteers, promptly addressing their queries and concerns.
Qualifications:
