Job Summary
As the Digital, Brand, and Content Strategist, you will develop and execute Dunk4Dreams' digital and content marketing strategies to support the organization's mission. You will lead the development of our brand across various platforms and manage content production, distribution, and audience engagement to ensure our message reaches our target audience. Ultimately, your work will drive participation and support for our programs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing and content strategies to support the organization's mission
- Manage the creation and distribution of content across all relevant channels, including blogs, social media, email marketing, and video
- Develop and manage partnerships with relevant influencers and organizations to amplify our message and impact
- Lead efforts to develop and maintain the Dunk4Dreams brand across all channels, including visual and verbal identity
- Create and implement social media campaigns to engage with our audience and generate awareness and interest in our programs
- Analyze data and metrics to optimize strategies and tactics for maximum impact and engagement continuously
- Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging across all channels
- Manage external vendors, agencies, and contractors to ensure high-quality content production and timely delivery
Qualifications:
-Experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
- Experience in digital marketing and content strategy
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing and content strategies
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their trends
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to optimize strategies and tactics
- Experience with branding and brand management
- Excellent written communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- Passion for youth empowerment and support of underserved communities
