The canteen is more than just a convenience store, it's a favorite stop for our residents. From candy, soda, and ice cream to hats, shirts, and other essentials, the canteen is a place for connection, comfort, and a little indulgence.
What will you be doing?
- Assisting residents and visitors with purchases
- Handling small cash transactions (training provided)
- Keeping the canteen organized, stocked, and inviting
- Offering friendly conversation and a positive atmosphere
- Helping ensure Nevada's heroes enjoy a smooth shopping experience
We're looking for volunteers who:
- Have a cheerful, helpful attitude
- Feel comfortable handling small bills (with training provided)
- Enjoy staying organized and attentive
- Want to give back by supporting Nevada's veterans in their daily routines
