We're looking for 30 social and fun individuals to help at New Vista's 11th annual Golf Tournament 5050 Spanish Trail Lane, Las Vegas, NV 89113 ). A Golf Tournament is a morning of golfing and interacting with professional players in a unique outdoor setting. The morning is accompanied by breakfast; in the afternoon, Lunch will be served before New Vista hosts its Live Auction. Guests will check in at registration, grab a swag bag, and have the opportunity to purchase raffle tickets and mulligans before they take the grass. We'll also have silent auction items available to bid for.
Choose to help with Set up, Registration, passing put drinks to golfers, and silent auction items.
Set up: 6:00 AM -7:30 AM Help set up registration, swag bag items, and raffle stations. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
Registration: 7:30 AM - 9 AM Check-in guests via registration lists, hand out swag bags, direct to silent auction items, purchase mulligans, and breakfast and golf carts.
Alcohol Hole: 9:00 AM - 1:30 PM Must be 21 years old to offer alcoholic beverages to golfers and mingle.
Non-Alcoholic Hole: 9:00 AM- 1:30 PM Must be 18 years old to mingle and pass out non-alcoholic beverages.
Lunch and Auctions: 1:30 PM- 4:30 PM Lunch will be served inside. Following Lunch, we'll announce Silent Auction winners and host our Live Auction.
