WHO WE ARE

Established in 2019, I'm Young And Empowered, Inc. is a 501(c)3 nonprofit charity organization, also known as Yes You Matter, and is home based in Las Vegas, NV. Our team of dedicated volunteers from diverse backgrounds is committed to providing vital support to low-income families with children through our seasonal outreach programs.

We currently we serve up to 48 families and approximately 140 children per calendar year in the Las Vegas community and take great pride in serving each family with respect and dignity.

As a non-government funded organization, we rely on the generosity of foundation grants, corporate sponsors, groups and individuals to meet the goals of our outreach programs. We cordially invite you to explore our website to learn more about our mission initiatives.

OUR SERVICES

Presently, a staggering number of over 90,000 individuals are struggling with poverty in the Las Vegas area and facing significant challenges in fulfilling their basic needs. Even working households are compelled to make difficult financial choices due to the unavailability of fundamental necessities such as reasonably priced food, affordable housing, availability of childcare, reliable transportation, and access to fulfilling job opportunities.

In light of these circumstances faced by many, we are committed to providing hope to the children of Las Vegas families in need, through our seasonal outreach programs. Programs include Back to School, Thanksgiving Meals, Winter Coats and A Gift for ME! (Christmas program).
