Neighborhood Housing Services of Southern Nevada, Inc. (NHSSN)

The mission of Neighborhood Housing Services of Southern Nevada is to provide affordable housing, homeownership, education, and neighborhood revitalization in targeted areas throughout Southern Nevada to low- to moderate-income individuals and families.

Since 1992 NHSSN has been assisting underserved populations in Clark County to rent or purchase affordable housing. Through financial literacy education, pre- and post-purchase counseling, first time homebuyer education and loss mitigation counseling, the counseling and education staff have provided clients with financial tools to help them improve their lives.
