2026 NBA Summer League Dates
July 9–19, 2026 (Las Vegas)
That is 11 calendar days inclusive, but 10 days of game action depending on how they structure off days/playoffs.
Hosted at Thomas & Mack Center + Cox Pavilion (UNLV)
Mainly two separate six hour shifts per day. Each shift will require four cashiers and four food helpers. Cashiers will be responsible for taking food orders, processing payments, pouring beer or a glass of wine and providing great customer service. All cashiers must be 21 years of age. Food helpers will prepare popcorn bags, as well as make hot dogs and pretzels. Food helpers and cashiers will be responsible for restocking of products. All volunteers will also be responsible for light cleanup duties at the end of their shift to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Tam Cards and Health cards required. We will cover the cost for volunteers to obtain required Health and TAM cards, which can be completed through an online course. Food helpers must be at least 16 years of age. All cashiers must be 21 years of age. This is a great opportunity for high school students or individuals interested in working in casinos or the hospitality industry to gain hands on experience. After completing six months of volunteering, our workforce development program will provide support and guidance to help participants pursue job opportunities with the Culinary Union or within the hospitality field.
