Help us get everything ready for the big Cookie Rally the next day!
What you’ll do
• Cut paper and prepare materials
• Count, sort, and organize supplies
• Move tables and set up event spaces
• Add festive decorations indoors and outdoors
Details
• Headcount needed: 3–5 volunteers for the full 10 AM–4 PM shift
• Physical requirements: Lift up to 10 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work both indoors and outdoors
• Minimum age: 18+
When you arrive
• Check-in: Stop at the front desk and ask for Hoa or Toni
• On-site contact: Hoa Dao, 702-359-5239
• Parking: Use the lot in front of GSSNV
What to wear & bring
• Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes
• All supplies—carts, clipboards, pens, paper, scissors—will be provided
