Below you will find more clarifying information for the Gala Volunteering next Thursday. Roles will be assigned on site. Please look below for event break down:
Arrival Time: 5pm
- 5:00 – 5:20 PM – volunteer check-in and role distribution
- 5:30 PM – event start (cocktail reception begins)
- 6:30 PM – dinner & program begins
- 8:30 PM – event ends
- 8:30 – 9:00 PM – event teardown
- Attire: The dress code is business casual, all black for shifts during the event. No jeans, sneakers or sandals are permitted as this is a formal event. (Tip: Many of our veteran volunteers recommended wearing a black dress shirt and slacks), dress comfortably, please wear masks.
- Volunteer roles include: Event setup, registration, directional support, assist guests to their seats, auction support, auction redemption, and/or event teardown.
