Friday, May 5, 2023, will consist of helping to offload trucks and vehicles for various vendors, helping to stage and build booths for various vendors, and other tasks that may include bending, lifting, standing and walking for long periods of time.
Volunteers are asked to help do some heavy lifting, moving items from room to room, bending over to pick up light to heavy objects, as well as the potential for unloading/loading from a truck. Long periods of standing. Long distances of walking. Some tasks may even require long periods of sitting. The final day of this Festival is taking place at the World Market Center and as a team, we will be helping to set up vendors, direct guest foot traffic, help check guests in and out and then help tear down at the end.
