Time to start prepping for Halloween at The Center.
For those of you have not experienced our annual Scaryland Darkway, we do a pretty awesome trunk or treat for the neighborhood kids. We get 300+ through. It is a fantastic night.
I want to bring back petting zoo and bouncey maze and Covid willing, the bounce house. If you have other things you would like to see on the night, let's talk.
Our BIGGEST need, and where we need the most help, is getting trunks. Staff has always been fantastic about participating, but we still need heaps more. The goal this year is to fill the back lot. You know people that want to celebrate Halloween, but live where there are no kiddos? Send them here. Like seeing the kids in costumes, but getting up to open the door is a chore, relax in front of your car, and they come up to you.
Our second big need is for candy! Though everyone brings candy, we inevitably run out. Every extra bit counts.
