We’re seeking caring, enthusiastic adults to serve as volunteer Troop Leaders. As a troop leader, you’ll mentor girls and guide them through hands-on activities, community service, outdoor adventures, and leadership experiences that build skills for life.

No prior experience is required — we provide training, resources, and ongoing support. You can lead on your own or co-lead with a friend. Your time and guidance can have a lasting impact on the next generation of leaders. Join us and help shape the future — one girl at a time.
