Leaders in Training

Leaders in Training (LIT) is a college access and community empowerment non-profit organization with the vision to empower first-generation college graduates to become the next-generation of diverse leaders who change the world.

Specifically empowering students and families from East & North Las Vegas, LIT engages in a Year 1-4 high school college access and leadership program, Year 5-8 postsecondary support and leadership program and robust alumnihood program. LIT focuses on critical consciousness development, college access and success and leadership development. We are a diverse leadership pipeline to empower change from the community, for the community.
